For 20 years, the Boldarini Arquitetos Associados office has been engaged in the elaboration, development and implementation of urbanism, architecture and landscaping projects, having stood out in the context of social housing and the urbanization of precarious settlements.
The firm differentiates itself by presenting creative and innovative solutions to complex scenarios, such as those found in favelas and irregular subdivisions, dedicating itself to implementing projects that answer the diverse, challenging and contemporary questions of architecture and urbanism.
The particularities of this performance require specific skills for the development of projects that dialogue with territorial pre-existence, self-constructed buildings, absence of basic infrastructure, precarious circulation spaces for pedestrians and vehicles and, in most cases, in areas that present environmental degradation or considered Risk areas.
For this, Boldarini Arquitetos Associados has a team of qualified professionals in the areas of buildings, basic sanitation, urban design, landscaping and social housing, capable of establishing a fruitful dialogue between the different parties involved in these projects.
Today, the firm operates in partnerships through a network of consulting companies, civil construction, non-governmental organizations, public authorities, seeking excellence in the services provided and the satisfaction of all those involved in the processes.
