Realization
PMSP – Municipal Housing Secretariat
Set on a plot of approximately 20,670.00 m2, the complex consists of 427 housing units distributed in two units with 295 apartments and in 12 lots with 132 overlapping houses.
The buildings are arranged alternately in order to make the complex more dynamic, forming spaces free of diverse geometries and dimensions.
Implantation
The project explores the relationship between public and private space by executing roads and areas for collective use that integrate with the surrounding road, enabling new connections. In the spaces for collective use inside the groups, leisure and recreation areas were created for the use of the most diverse groups.
In the buildings, we rescued the possibility of using the roof as a space for daily activities, and together with the set of common spaces, it aims to promote socialization among residents.

The set consists of two types (buildings and overlapping houses) that has as its starting point the provision of common areas directly related to the circulation structures, giving continuity to the dwelling. The dormitories and the toilet are grouped and located at the back of the volume, providing greater privacy to residents.
